☺WELCOME TO MY BLOG JOURNAL #3☺ A paragraph about copyright and fair use. Explain both of these concepts in your own words. How would you deal with these concepts as a teacher, developing your own instructional materials, and having students create their own works? In my own words, I'd define copyright as the right of a creator to determine how, when, and where their intellectual property and invention(s) can be distributed. For example, when musicians/record companies have copyright claims on their music, they can make it so that when someone in the general public plays said music for something like a promotion, they have to pay a fee or a royalty. As for fair use, I believe it is when someone redistributes content with the intent to educate, entertain, etc. while also establishing that said content belongs to its original entity of origin.
